INVESTITURE CEREMONY

The school recently conducted its investiture ceremony with much zeal and enthusiasm. The ceremony started with the march-past, followed by the oath taking ceremony where the newly appointed student council members pledged to carry out their duties with sincerity and dedication. The chief guest addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of leadership and teamwork in achieving success.

ANNUAL SPORTS DAY

The sports day of our school was huge success! It was a day filled with excitement, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The students competed in a variety of events, including track and field races, relay races, and team sports. This day not only promoted physical fitness but also taught valuable life skills such as discipline, resilience, and leadership.

DEFENCE EXHIBITION

We are delighted to announce that our school organized a highly successful defence exhibition. Our students were especially thrilled to interact with experts and personnel who demonstrated their skills and expertise in a variety of specialized areas. We extend our sincere thanks to all those who helped make this exhibition possible, including our dedicated staff, volunteers and organizers. It was truly memorable event that highlighted the vital role of defence in our society.

SCHOOL TRIP

Our students took part in State-level karate championship, held at Vadodara. The competition drew participants from all over the state. The students of CKG high school put their skills and training to the test in a series of intense battles. Our students impressively displayed the mastery of martial arts, with the winners earning praise for their dedication and hard-work.

SCHOOL TRIP

The trip to Science City was an enriching experience for all of us! We explored various exhibits that showcased different scientific concepts. The interactive exhibits allowed us to engage with the material in a hands-on-manner, which made learning even more enjoyable. We also went to a fascinating ROBOT gallery that demonstrated the wonders of artificial intelligence through fun and exciting experiments. The trip was a great opportunity for us to deepen our understanding of science.

ANNUAL FUNCTION

Our school organized its 25th annual function which was a grand success. The event was held in school campus and saw an enthusiastic participation from students, parents and staff members alike. The theme for this year’s function was “Raj Mahotsav”. The event was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together highlighting the unity that binds us all. It was truly a day to remember and we look forward to more such events in future.

PAPER BAG MAKING

We organised an activity where students made paper bags out of scrap paper as a co-curricular exercise to foster their creative talents. The pupils' inventiveness and talent were fantastically displayed.

POWER OF PEN

The writing competition aimed to encourage students to showcase their writing skills and creativity while also promoting the importance of effective communication through written language. We were impressed by the high level of participation, the panel of judges selected winners based on the originality of ideas, clarity of expression, and overall impact of the piece.

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

We have Completed 75 years of Independence, so we all celebrated Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 15 th August 2022. The CEO of GBL Mr. Sanjeev Jha was the chief Guest.  Other dignitaries Mr Santosh Tibdewal, Mr. Jagdishbhai Patel also witness the program.

Janmashtami Celebration

The children of classes Nursery to X celebrated Krishna Janmashtami on 18 th August. The children performed different activities like Skit , Dance , Song etc. to know the life history of Lord Krishna.

The first event of the academic calendar 2022-23 celebrated on 22 nd April. To witness this event, we had Mr. Jayendra Sinh Raj. Ex. Army man as a Chief Guest. The new leaders took oath to shoulder responsibilities for the new academic session. The children were excited as this event resumed after two years gap due to covid-19. The program ended with prize ceremony of 2019-20 Class toppers.

Alumni Meet

The School is celebrating its 25 years of learning. On this occasion the management decided to organise one get together in the form of first Alumni Meet. It was organised on 1st Feb 2020. Alumni showed great enthusiasm with their presence and enjoyed the program. The program ended with lunch.

150th Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration

They paid tribute to the father of the nation by performing different activities.The program is ended with a Rally in Govali Village about cleanliness and ‘No use of plastic’ followed by a Cleanliness program in Rang Shopping Centre near the school.

Vedic Rakshabhandan

This year children celebrated vedicRakshabhandan. Mrs.Geeta of Prena trust conduct the event and explained about vedicrakhi. she explained how to make vedicrakhi and inpotance of it. Both the girls and boys tied Rakhi in one plant and took oath to protect the environment.

Aditya Singh (Class VII) got 2nd prize in Drawing and Namrata Marthe (Class X) got 1st prize in Drawing. Celeste Christian (Class IV) won 2nd prize in Fancy dress.

Tribal Fest

On 28th & 29th Oct 2015, Tribal Fest was organised in Kharod School. It was a different Competition which focused on Tribe of India in different States. There were 28 Schools. We also participated and presented Varli / Warli Tribe. It is a Tribe of Gujarat / Maharashtra Border. We are very proud that we won 2nd Prize.
